WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States. We are working on shipping internationally in the future. 

*please note that matches cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii (sorry for the inconvenience)

WHAT MAKES LEMONS MAKE?

Lemon: A 14 lb orange tabby cat is the inspiration for the brand.

We created Lemons Make because there is always a time for a more personalized candle. We wanted to share our love and desire for a candle with a personality. There is so much in this world that we are still learning, so why not share what we can with you. We hope you enjoy this journey as much as we do. 

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

WAX: Our wax is no ordinary wax. We use a unique natural blend of apricot & coconut wax for a clean and complete burn. A cleaner burn means less particle pollution in your home. 

WICK: We use a natural wood wick specifically designed for coconut and apricot wax.

FRAGRANCE: The majority of our candle fragrances contain a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils that are formulated for optimum performance in a candle. They are also phthalate and paraben free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! We chose the glass vessels so that you would be able to re-use or upcycle them. 

The shipping packaging can also be re-used in numerous ways. Keep an eye out for posts on how we repurpose our candle jars! 

The wicks are wooden and they are  sourced and manufactured in the USA from FSC-certified mills.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR YOUR CANDLES?

 Allow the candle to create a pool. There is no need to trim the wooden wick once you have started to burn it. There is also no “mushrooming” that you sometimes see with cotton braided wicks.

NEVER burn the candles for more than 4 hours or leave your candle unsupervised, especially around kiddos. Also please do not use your candle as a nightlight.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 4-6 business days for us to ship. Keep in mind that we want to provide quality not quantity. As soon as you order is shipped we will email you a tracking number. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will take your candle back within a 30 day period. We are a small business just starting out so at this time, unfortunately we will not be able to provide the return postage. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer Priority USPS and Fedex within the United States. We will also be looking into expedited shipping in the future.
